Since May 18th 2007 a home inspection is obligated by law for every new tenancy agreement, even when the tenant and the letter have contractually agreed not to have a home inspection. A home inspection is also necessary when you are renovating, demolishing or constructing new buildings.

Seqconsult offers two different ways of inspecting a property. The first is a detailed enumeration of the damage in a property. This list also includes pictures. The second is a short film in which the existing damage is recorded. The advantage of the latter is that you can reuse or adapt this film for a new agreement. We also make films on maintenance in which we discuss utilized materials and explain how and how often you have to maintain it.
